This 14 year old boy happens to be someone’s son.
Sure, accidents happen but how would you feel if your own child was involved in such an accident due to the ignorance and negligence of a school teacher? The group of boy scouts were under the teacher’s care and although it is not your child this time round, it could very well have been your child; accident or not.
The child is now after 2 weeks and several operations later STILL in ICU fighting for his life. With burns, infections set in easily and he is now fighting off infections. Please pray for him.
How would you take it if this was your own child? Just imagine, you send your child to school hoping it is a safe place for him to learn and develop and he ends up scarred for life. To the boy scout who got burnt, we are praying for you to get well quick and come out of this with full strength and vigour.
