For the last few years since Tee came along, we’ve been living in an apartment but we’re fast outgrowing our space now that Tee has monopolised most areas of OUR apartment.

We need a house!!! One with a garden so Tee can run around in!

Last night, we got notice that our apartment management was going to increase the service charge/sinking fund management fee to RM800+. We are already paying RM700+ which I think is ridiculous as the only thing they’re maintaining is the pool and landscaping, and the guards who are of not much use seeing that there were FIVE break-ins last year!!!

PLUS, we paid RM4,000 to get the bloody external building walls painted even though we were totally against it as we felt that it should be coming out of the building fund that we contribute to every month, yet we were outvoted.

Now, they’re wanting us to pay another RM6,000 to pay for the installation of new CCTV cameras all over since they need to tighten up security! Don’t you think this is ludicrous?! I think it’s bloody criminal!!!

We’re moving out.
