I’m really not sure what inspires one to be so desperate as to want the material goods that one could never have in the past and then become desperate enough to cheat, lie and tell more lies, in ruthless pursuit to grasp that opportunity, just so they can rub shoulders with the Joneses. I have seen too many people rise amongst the social ranks but then avoid their history because they are now at a new place and no longer want any memory of their past. What is it? What is it that the Tan Sri has that you don’t??? Is the string of cars he has so important that you want to be a part of it? Come on, people……what have you learned? Be proud of your roots, for goodness sake.
