What’s really nice about this little family holiday is that it’s not so little. Let’s see how much money the airlines made out of us….one, two, three, four, five, six, seven, eight, nine, ten, eleven…..and a half. Hang on! Tee paid full fare! So that’s twelve. Half a dozen people from Kuala Lumpur traipsing up to Northern Thailand to visit the drug capital of the world, the Golden Triangle.
What’s really nice about it is that there are ample babysitters to entertain Tee – YAHOO!!!! If she’s not learning magic from Aunty Trina, she’s making a cardboard house with Tim from an old panetonne box or exploring the timber resort with her Nana. Even in the huge van that we rent on a daily basis, she has people to chat with other than me. I can rest my voice. Really.
And I don’t know if it’s the weather or the air but my body’s feeling all achy. Maybe it’s the after effects of being ill and antibiotics but thankfully, we’re in a city where there are dirt cheap massages every five foot walk along every street path. Ahhhh…….I’m indulging, I am. Sometimes I have a massage twice a day despite them saying it’s not good for you. But at RM6 for a half hour foot reflexology massage? Hello?! Are you crazy not to have one ten times a day?! I had a two hour massage for RM40 the other day. It was swell. Believe me.
Then there is the fooooooooodddddd!!!!!!!!!!!! Oh my goodness. Basil leaf, lemon grass, chilli padi, mint leaves, coriander, coconut, dare I say more? It leaves us in food heaven every single day. Except that after a very heavy dose of augmentin (1300mg per day for 7 days), chillies don’t go so well with antibiotics. What would you do if you were Thai and couldn’t eat chillies? I’d be sorry for you. So I spent a few hours of everyday sitting on the bog sandpapering my bum. Nuff said.
Great holiday!
**************************************************************************Who is Mamapumpkin?
Mamapumpkin spent 7 years in London committing crimes to gain her Bartlett degree in Architecture. She then spent 7 years as a Stay At Home Mom raising her children as documented in this blog of over 15 years thereafter returning to the Corporate World stronger than ever as the Country Director of a British Multinational. She sets out to prove to all, that you can have anything and everything that you want; if you have that fire of desire burning within and the drive to work hard. Even better with much love.
Mamapumpkin has not only grown corporate businesses successfully in the past but has grown not one but TWO network marketing businesses in the notorious MLM (Multi-Level Marketing) industry, achieving success in under 2 years. She believes in the MLM business model but realises the DRASTIC PITFALLS and great stigma attached to it, understanding EXACTLY WHY the majority would shy away (or RUN for their lives) from ANY MLM business. But open your eyes and take time to understand it intellectually, remove your hang-ups, confirm your research, and you may just want to seize an opportunity. She did. And no, she never went about chasing people for sales. She had a sophisticated system work for her through technology and a smartphone.
She now impacts lives authentically with proven strategies amassed through the last decade of her own transformation offering online coaching programmes and always supports the underprivileged. She believes that we can all have a life of our own desires to enable real contribution into the world. But first, one needs to understand what this all means.
A beautiful life without limits.
If you wish to learn some tools to propel your life forward guaranteed, be brave enough to make contact as her life's purpose is to build people. She operates through a discovery call after which she will commit to helping you. Or not.
Most lose out on an opportunity because they are afraid they would be sold to, conned or whatever fear resides in their brain without even trying. And that's on them.
Mamapumpkin is a living testimony that women really can have a lot. Being financially and time free has enabled her to travel the world anytime, anywhere, doing anything, and she spends most of her days with her children, having fun, and supporting others wherever she can. Also having fun.

Aiyo, don’t tempt me-lah with all the nice food descriptions. You know, Hong Kong has lousy spicy food selection. Their curry taste horrible, like mixing santan with a bit of yucky curry powder!!
you are back, you are BACK!!! Welkum back!!! *hugzz*
I AM GOING !!!!!!!!!! YooHOO!! now my turn to get massaged!
I’ll have to say .. it’s a great holiday too..! and glad that you are back.. 😉
Oh I am envious. Massages, oh how I need one so badly. My body is so achy but that’s probably just from having kids eh or can I blame it on recovering from the flu?
Finally you’re back. You are really tempting me with the massages coz I am dying to have one good one!
hi there.. happy new year to you 🙂
