Corica Apple Strudel from Perth is a very famous apple strudel that Malaysians buy and bring home to KL. Was it THAT good? We had to try and see…..

Unfortunately, I was so busy that I didn’t get to try it fresh out of the oven so when I did get round to having a taste, I wasn’t super impressed. It was like any other apple strudel, surely….

We couldn’t finish off all that we bought so had to dump it into the fridge.

But the next morning, when I had it cold for breakfast? It was HEAVEN……very, very nice. Not too sweet with the sweetness coming from the soury, sweet, marinated (I assume?) apples, the fresh cream and some melted icing sugar on top of the crunchy, crisp pastry.
