I have always been one of those girls who were very equal in the usage of the right and left brain. I still am.
At school, I would challenge the boys doing ‘boy’ stuff like arm wrestling. And win. I excelled in obstacle courses which got me all rough and dirty. I bashed around playing rugby. And I sped like a bullet catching the boys when we played police and thieves.
I wished so hard that I was a boy when I was 16 because my parents wouldn’t let me take driving lessons and I had a midnight curfew whereas my brothers were free to roam about town with their friends without question at an early age. They also got their driving licenses early and were bought their own cars each, whereas I had to buy my OWN car later after earning my OWN dough.
I certainly felt that guys had it better.
After all, it’s a man’s world out there. And they don’t get periods. And they don’t have to deliver babies. And they don’t have to get pregnant. They can sew their horses oats and not be labelled promiscuous. They can sit with their legs ajar and not get nagged at. They can climb and be roudy and it would be normal. They can pee standing up. Hell, being a guy is so much more fun!
Or so I thought. Which brings me to this….
T wanted to pee standing up yesterday. She has been sitting in her potty to pee for the last few months but suddenly she wanted to do it standing up. She must’ve seen a man pee standing up, I concluded. After persuading her to pee sitting down on the potty, she finally did with great reluctance.
Later that evening before her bath again, she said, “Look Mummy! I pee standing up!”
“NOOOOO!!!” I ran to her with a stern tone hoping I wouldn’t have to clean a wet floor in an instant.
“I want pee standing up!”
Again, I explained that girls pee sitting and boys pee standing.
“I want be boy, Mummy!” What can I say? We all know where she got THAT from.
That night, I asked the Hubs if T saw him pee standing. No, never. So I spent the whole night wondering and stressing where she would have picked the idea up from. The more I thought about it, the more curious I got and worried. Had she watched something from TV that I wasn’t aware? God forbid, did she see anyone ELSE pee standing for real?
After several more attempts to pee standing which I always managed to save in time, and a week more of pestering the Hubs if he was ABSOLUTELY sure that she’s never seen him pee standing, he remembered.
“Oh YEAH!!! We were at the Italian place when I took her to pee, remember? Well, I took a leak myself. Sorry, I forgot…”
Now I know. I sleep better at night.
I told T that if she pee’d standing, her hot pee would run down her legs and it would burn her. Better not take the risk since she didn’t have a willie.

She believes in the MLM business model but realises the DRASTIC PITFALLS and great stigma attached to it, understanding EXACTLY WHY the majority would shy away (or RUN for their lives) from ANY MLM business. But open your eyes and take time to understand it intellectually, remove your hang-ups, confirm your research, and you may just want to seize an opportunity. She did. And no, she never went about chasing people for sales. She had a sophisticated system work for her through technology and a smartphone.
She now impacts lives authentically with proven strategies amassed through the last decade of her own transformation offering online coaching programmes and always supports the underprivileged. She believes that we can all have a life of our own desires to enable real contribution into the world. But first, one needs to understand what this all means.
A beautiful life without limits.

Most lose out on an opportunity because they are afraid they would be sold to, conned or whatever fear resides in their brain without even trying. And that's on them.

ROTFL!!! 1st time hearing parents having this prob!
When it is time to bathe the big girl, I put her in the tub and let her pee in there (standing up) and then I bathe her after that. Maybe you can let T experience peeing standing up that way. That way, you can bathe her after that without having to clean up the floor and she can experience hot pee running down her legs.
