When all the kids received their concert costumes, all us Mom were as anxious like bunnies injected with sugar. Why? Because we’d paid good money for them and were all hoping our kids would be able to use them again at some point and not just once. Especially after reading of some concert costume horror stories……LOL

But T1’s wasn’t so bad. Well, it was bad. But she loved it. It included a white singlet with silver blings (re-usable), an ugly red vest jacket (re-usable according to T1, not me unless it was for a Michale Jackson fancy dress party), thick silver hair band (T1 absolutely LOVED this and wears it every day till now, it’s a Malaysian songket design), short black PVC leather SHORTS with shimmering effect (Aaarghhh!!! What were they thinking?!) and wait. Thigh high black stockings. FOR SIX YEAR OLDS!!!! Total cost = RM51.00

T1 was co-emcee for the event…..so cute. She was ultra short and her co-emcee was an entire head taller. Like enlarged and shrunk Twiddle-Dee and Twiddle-Dum. She did great as emcee despite her sore throat, poor lass.

T1 receiving her certificate from the school founder and I didn’t get a good picture of it as everything happened so fast!!! She was wearing Louboutin shoes, one couldn’t miss those striking red soles as she walked up the stairs right in front of the stage, and the Hubs said, “We’re definitely paying the school too much.” LOL

After the concert, we had to go to the canteen to get emergency water as Nana needed to take her cocktail of meds. T2 waits patiently and looks on. She doesn’t want anybody else to carry her when Nana is around.
